How do I get to the hotel by public transport?

Transport from Vaclav Havel Airport to the Hotel

Take trolleybus 59 to Nádraží Veleslavín. Take the metro (green A line) towards Depo Hostivař and get off at Malostranská. Go to ground level, where you can see the tram stops. Take tram 22, 20, 15, or 12 to Újezd. The Hotel Roma Prague is right across from the tram stop. 


From the airport it will take you approximately 45 minutes to get to the Hotel Roma Prague by public transport. Buy the ticket that is valid for 90 minutes. 

Transport from the Main Train Station to the Hotel

Take tram 9 or 15 from the stop at Bolzanova street at the end of the park at the train station to Újezd. Hotel Roma Prague is right across from the tram stop. 


From the Main Train Station it will take you approximately 15 minutes to get to the Hotel Roma Prague by public transport. Buy the ticket that is valid for 30 minutes. 


Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

No, it is not. All the Hotel Roma Prague premises are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the hotel garden.

Can I park at the hotel?

The Hotel Roma Prague offers parking in a private garage for €30 a night. Please book in advance at info@hotelromaprague.com or +420 222 500 120. Booking in advance is required as the parking space is limited. Thank you. 

Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest ATM is inside the Hotel Roma Prague. If you need an ATM serviced by a specific bank, our receptionists will be happy to give you directions.

Are the hotel premises wheelchair accessible?

Yes, they are. The Hotel Roma Prague also offers wheelchair accessible rooms. To book a wheelchair accessible room, please contact info@hotelromaprague.com

Can I stay in your hotel with my pet?

No, you cannot. Our hotel cannot accommodate pets because all our rooms are suitable for people with allergies. 

Are the rooms suitable for people with allergies?

Yes, all rooms in the Hotel Roma Prague are ideal for people allergic to dust, mites, pollen or animal fur, as they have top quality Italian floor tiling instead of carpets and rugs.

Do you offer a vegetarian breakfast option?

Yes, we serve an abundant buffet style breakfast between 7 am and 10 am. It is included in the accommodation price and there are many vegetarian options to choose from. 

Is there a lobby bar in the hotel?

The lobby bar is on the hotel ground floor and it is open every day between 5 pm and 11 pm. We serve coffee, wines, cocktails and delicious Czech beer. Cosy leather armchairs in the lobby bar provide a sitting area with enough privacy for meetings, breaks or work. 

Where do I get public transport tickets?

Our receptionists will be happy to give you directions. The tickets are valid for buses, trams and the underground. 


You can choose from tickets valid for 30 minutes, 90 minutes, 24 hours or 72 hours. There are special tickets for the cable car to go up Petřín Hill and these can be bought at the vending machines at the cable car stop. The Petřín lookout tower is right across from our hotel.
